Education:   Graduated Cumberland High School - 1972

                      Graduated RI Municipal Training Academy - 1974

                      Certified Police Chaplain with the ICPC

                      Garudated with Highest Honors Community College of RI

                      Studied 12 years under the various ministries of the                 Robert McLaughlin Bible Ministries and was ordained to do the work of a pastor teacher at the New England BIble Conference, sponsored by the Grace Bible Church of Somerset, Ma.

Pastor Doug retired from a 30 year law enforcement carreer,  having  served with the Cumberland Police Department of Cumberland, RI, retiring with rank of Captain, and later served with the Rhode Island Airport Police Department at Green Airport in RI.

Pastor Doug is a cancer survivor, bur currently lives with dibilitating medical issues.
